Welcome "al Portico" in Solcio

Located in Solcio di Lesa, a historic village on Lake Maggiore, the holiday home "Al Portico" offers a private 70 sqm house ideal for up to 4 guests. The property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a capsule coffee machine, filter coffee maker, and moka pot. Amenities include Wi-Fi, heating throughout the house, a fan, a baby cot, and self check-in. Outside, you can relax on a shared open terrace, perfect for enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the historic village. Parking is available on the street. We recommend parking along the lakeside and walking to the house, as the streets are very narrow. The path is a bit steep, but once you arrive, you'll find yourself in a place where time seems to slow down, marked only by the sound of church bells and the village’s tranquility. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted. The property is just steps from the lakeside and beach, yet set in the heart of the old town, offering timeless charm.
